Kadizbusters by Ogreforce: More Than 50 Levels of Captivating Gameplay and Great Fun
August 26, 2009: Ogreforce, an independent game developer, announces the release of a new frantic platformer – KadizBusters. The player controls Kadiz, a corpulent fellow fond of jambusters (jelly donuts). Kadiz goes through colorful levels zorbing his favorite jambusters, but Health Care Professionals (HCPs) try to make him lead a healthy life. Kadiz should avoid meeting them; otherwise he will lose his weight and die. The game is not as simple as it may seem at the first glance: the HCPs will pursue Kadiz once he appears on their platforms, and to evade them the player has to invent crafty schemes. Plenty of fun is guaranteed; and the bright colors of KadizBusters are sure to delight the players.

FTC Announces Revised Schedule for Workshop: “From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?”
The Federal Trade Commission today announced December 1 and 2, 2009, as the dates on which it will begin a series of workshops titled “From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?” The workshops previously were scheduled to begin on September 15, 2009.
The workshops will bring competition, consumer protection, and First Amendment perspectives to bear on the financial, technological, and other challenges facing the news industry as consumers increasingly turn to the Internet for free news and information, advertisers increasingly move their ads onto online sites and reduce advertising buys as a result of the recession, and news organizations struggle with large debt that was taken on when times were better.

Hong Kong – August 14, 2009: DataNumen Inc., a developer of data recovery solutions, announces the release of its new product, Advanced Outlook Express Data Recovery (Version 1.0).
